Once a student successfully completes an Arise training, they are eligible to enroll into our 6-month online mentorship experience called "Ascend Online". This free phase of our program model provides students with access to online discovery sessions with an assigned mentor and community group.

These refreshing sessions create a space for students to grow their "tool box" of personal development exercises, discuss and unpack life challenges, establish action steps towards new goals, and provide students with a stigma-free outlet to be supported and encouraged.
