Our Program model

ForeverU offers an innovative, three-part program journey to youth aged 7-12 grade that equips them with the cognitive skills and tools for becoming more mindful, resilient, and emotionally intelligent.

looking to GET STARTED?

If you are new to ForeverU and would like to speak with a team member about getting involved with our program, consider scheduling a video call with an Enrollment Counselor. Though it's completely optional, this is a simple way to ensure that you get all of your questions answered and have a clear understanding of our three-step program journey. If you believe ForeverU is a good fit for either you or your child at the end of the call, we'll get you registered for our next digital workshop called "Arise."

Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, we've been rebuilding our organization to meet students' and families' needs. We will be launching our new program model in phases beginning this spring. Please join our program waitlist to be the first to know about program updates, registration dates, and more.

Arise serves as a launchpad for new students who enroll in ForeverU. A common theme among young people is placing limitations on whom they can become and what they can achieve.

Started by a teen, for teens.

FOREVERU was founded in 2012 by Ryan Hesslau at sixteen years old after learning about a high school student who had died by suicide in a nearby community. This tragedy prompted Ryan to begin researching the stories of other young people from around the country who also lost their battle to an underlying mental health condition.

After collecting concerning statistics about how often young people died by suicide, Ryan became determined to bring knowledge about mental health to the forefront of local communities, normalize the conversations about mental health altogether, and create a robust program model that would help youth who are struggling find the resilience to keep living.

Since graduating from college in 2018 with a B.S. in Entrepreneurship, Ryan has continued to lead FOREVERU as our President and Executive Director, while also in graduate school for clinical mental health counseling.
